  • How long does the tour take?

    A guided walk through the tunnels takes approximately 20–30 minutes per group, making it ideal for school excursion timetables.


  • How many students can attend at once?

    We welcome school and group bookings of 10 or more people. Larger groups can be scheduled in rotations for smooth flow through the tunnels.



  • What is the group entry pricing?

    For 2026:


    • Children & Group Entry (10+ pax): $7.50 per person
    • Adults (Group Entry 10+ pax): $8.50 per person

  • Can we book in advance?

    Yes. Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak school excursion periods.



  • How does payment work?

    We offer flexible options:

    • Pay on arrival at the door
    • Or request an invoice prior to your visit for school or organisational payment processing
    • Pre-payment can also be arranged before your excursion if required

  • Is insurance provided?

    All school and group bookings are covered under our standard site public liability insurance. Full insurance details can be provided upon request for your risk assessment and excursion planning requirements.
